This is technically not TRUE mpreg. First and foremost, Machinegun Angel is science fiction. If you read the story you will learn Gauge was cloned from a person named Sakuma who had been born genetically altered when his mother sold her body to RUBICON for testing. In the process of trying to predetermine the gender of an unborn child, Sakuma was born both male and female, but not in the technical terms of 'dual gender' that you hear about in real life. Gauge has a female reproductive system as well as a male one. When one overpowers the other, the one not in use will become dormant. It depends on his hormone levels. Gauge actually prefers being male, while Sakuma has chosen to be female. Yes Gauge has male parts... yes, he has female parts... No, it's not going to come out of his ass. -_- If you have an issue, and you're that curious, all I can say is read and follow the web comic.
