Sophair, Maru and Aya are from an older story I used to write with no title, about a boarding school, not meant for, but full of reincarnated witches, wizards and fae... One I stopped writing when Harry Potter came along XD. Here's a bit about the story:

Ayamaro, nicknamed "Aya" was a student who was sent away from his original public school after he was continuously bullied for being different. A while back, his rage set off his shinigami powers, and he ended up setting two of his taunters on fire. Aya now has the reputation of being an arsonist. His only new friend is a lesbian named Sophair, and Maru, her hyper, scar-obsessed friend. When Aya meets Maru's beautiful cousin Jolie, he falls in love when he realizes they share a magical bond, the only problem is that Jolie's older brother Torrid is destined to keep his sister's past a secret, and to keep Aya as far away from her as possible. A fight between the two ends when Aya is pushed down the side of a ravine and his arm is broken.

Maybe I'll revisit this story one day. Anyone interested in making it into a web comic?
